The fiber to Ethernet converter can convert Ethernet Optic-Electric signals between the 1000M UTP (TX) interface and the 1000M fiber optic (FX) interface. The 6 LED lights displayed in the group fully monitor the working condition of the converter. It is easy for users to observe and diagnose converter failures. The Gigabit GT Series Converter can be used independently; however, the Converter Card must be inserted into the appropriate 16-slot RACK for use in a Network Center.

- The transmission of a channel optical signals can be completed by single fiber. It has doubled in quantity of fiber data transmission compared with twin fiber type.
