Optical Fiber Identifier

General Detail

The Optical Fiber Identifier can quickly identify the direction of transmitted fiber and display the relative core power without
damaging the bent fiber. When traffic is present, an audible tone is intermittently activated. The optical fiber identifier also
recognizes modulations such as 270Hz, 1kHz, and 2kHz. When used to detect frequency,
the audible tone is continuously activated. Four adapter heads are available: Ø0.25, Ø0.9, Ø2.0, and Ø3.0. The JW3306B optical fiber identifier
is powered by an alkaline battery.
